Check the following before contacting your Canon supplier.
The wireless controller does not work.
Check 1: The LED is not lit.
Response: Check that the plug is inserted into the main power outlet correctly and
pushed in all the way.

Response: The camera is switched off. Press the

button on the wireless controller
to switch the camera on.

Check 3: The LED is orange.
Response: Operation is restricted by the ID mode function. Reset the ID correctly or
cancel ID mode operation.
