INSTALLING THE BATTERY PACK AND CARD
The card can be used after it has been formatted with the camera (page 133).
Make sure that the battery pack and the card orientation are correct.
Install the battery pack
1 Open the battery/card compartment
cover.
h Slide the lock button to the side,
and open the battery/card
compartment cover.
2 Insert the battery pack.
h Insert the battery pack, making
sure that it is correctly oriented, and
firmly push it in until it is secured by
the lock lever.

h Slide the lock lever securing the
battery pack to the side, and pull
out the battery pack.
