The batteries have run out. Load new or fully charged batteries.
The batteries are loaded backward. Load the batteries in the corrected direction.
The batteries cover or slot cover is not
closed securely.
Close the batteries cover or slot cover securely.
The camera and AC power adapter are not
connected correctly.
Connect the camera and AC power adapter
correctly.
The camera has been left for a long period
with batteries and AC power adapter
removed.
Load the batteries or connect the AC power
adapter, and wait a short time before turning the
camera on.
Batteries run out
quickly.
Camera is used in extremely cold
conditions.
Put the batteries in your pocket or another warm
place to heat it and then load it into the camera just
before you take a picture.
The battery terminals are soiled. Wipe the battery terminals with a clean, dry cloth.
Same batteries have been used for a long
period.
The batteries can no longer be recharged.
Load a new batteries.
The rechargeable batteries (if used) have
become deactivated, or the battery
capacity has diminished due to the
memory effect.
Use the rechargeable battery discharging function
