not formatted.

The Memory Card contact area is soiled. Wipe the Memory Card contact area with a soft,
dry cloth.
The Memory Card is damaged. Insert a new Memory Card.
The batteries have run out. Load new or fully charged batteries.
The Auto power off function has turned the
camera off.
Turn the camera on.
The screen
darkens after
taking a picture.
You took pictures with flash. The screen may darken for charging flash. Wait a
short time.
Focusing
Camera has
difficulty in
focusing on the
subject.
You took a close-up shot without selecting
Macro mode.
Select Macro mode.
You photographed scenery with Macro

Cancel Macro mode.
You are shooting a subject that is not
suited to autofocusing.
