Camera does not
turn on.
Battery is not properly
installed.
Remove and reinstall the
batteries (page 4).
Battery is not charged. Replace or recharge the
batteries (page 4, page 58).
On/Off switch is not
completely in the On
position.
Turn the camera off then
back on (page 5).
Camera does not
turn on in cold
temperatures.
The camera has been
exposed to temperatures
close to the lower
operating range.
Remove the batteries and
slowly return the camera
and batteries to room
temperature. Reinstall or
replace the batteries
(page 4).
