LimitedWarranty
KodakwarrantsKodakconsumerelectronicproductsandaccessories("products"),excludingbatteries,to befree
frommalfunctionsanddefectsin bothmaterialsandworkmanshipfor oneyearfromthedateof purchase.Retain
theoriginaldatedsalesreceipt.Proofofthedateof purchasewill berequiredwith anyrequestfor warrantyrepair.
Limitedwarranty coverage
Warrantyserviceisonlyavailablefromwithinthecountrywherethe productswereoriginallypurchased.Youmay
berequiredtoshipproducts,atyourexpense,totheauthorizedservicefacilityforthecountrywherethe products
werepurchased.Kodakwill repairor replaceproductsif theyfail tofunctionproperlyduringthewarrantyperiod,
subjectto anyconditionsand/orlimitationsstatedherein.Warrantyservicewill includealllaboras wellasany
necessaryadjustmentsand/orreplacementparts.If Kodakisunableto repairor replaceaproduct,Kodakwill, at
itsoption,refundthepurchasepricepaidfor theproductprovidedtheproducthasbeenreturnedto Kodakalong
with proofofthe purchasepricepaid. Repair,replacement,or refundofthepurchasepricearethe soleremedies
underthewarranty.If replacementpartsareusedinmakingrepairs,thosepartsmayberemanufactured,or may
containremanufacturedmaterials.Ifit isnecessaryto replacetheentireproduct,it maybereplacedwith a
remanufacturedproduct,remanufacturedproducts,partsand materialsarewarrantedfor theremainingwarranty
termoftheoriginalproduct,or 90daysafterthedateof repairor replacement,whicheverislonger.
Limitations
Thiswarrantydoesnot covercircumstancesbeyondKodak'scontrol.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplywhenfailureis
dueto shippingdamage,accident,alteration,modification,unauthorizedservice,misuse,abuse,usewith
incompatibleaccessoriesor attachments(suchasthird partyinkor inktanks),failureto follow Kodak'soperation,
maintenanceor repackinginstructions,failuretouseitemssuppliedbyKodak(suchasadaptersandcables),or
claimsmadeafterthedurationof thiswarranty.Kodak makesnoother express or implied warranty for
this product, and disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. Intheeventthatthe exclusionof anyimpliedwarrantyisineffectiveunderthelaw,thedurationofthe
impliedwarrantywill beoneyearfromthe purchasedateor suchlongerperiodas requiredbylaw.Theoptionof
repair,replacement,or refundisKodak'sonlyobligation.Kodakwillnot beresponsiblefor anyspecial,
consequentialor incidentaldamagesresultingfromthesale,purchase,or useof thisproductregardlessofthe
cause.Liabilityfor anyspecial,consequentialor incidentaldamages(includingbutnotlimitedto lossofrevenueor
profit, downtimecosts,lossofthe useof theequipment,costofsubstituteequipment,facilitiesor services,or
claimsof yourcustomersfor suchdamagesresultingfromthe purchase,use,or failureofthe product),regardless
ofcauseor for breachof anywrittenor impliedwarrantyisexpresslydisclaimed.
Your rights
Somestatesorjurisdictionsdonotallowexclusionor limitationof incidentalor consequentialdamages,sothe
abovelimitationor exclusionmaynot applyto you.Somestatesorjurisdictionsdonot allowlimitationson how
longanimpliedwarrantylasts,sothe abovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecific
rights,andyoumayhaveother rightswhichvaryfromstatetostateor byjurisdiction.
