The Shooting Information Display
Pressing the button displays shooting information in the moni-
tor. Shooting information is also displayed when the button is
pressed (shooting mode only), the / , , or (P, S, and A
modes only) buttons are pressed, and immediately after the cam-
era is turned on. The display format depends on the option
selected for Info display format in the setup menu ( 81).
The button can be used to change the settings shown in the
shooting information display.
Display shooting information. Selected setting is highlighted.
Highlight desired setting. Settings not available
in current mode are grayed out and can not be
selected.
Display options for highlighted setting. Highlight desired option.

* Press to return to Step 3 without modifying setting.
Select option. Repeat Steps 3–6 to change
other settings, or press to return to Step 1.
Take pictures. Monitor turns off while shutter-
release button is pressed.
