The date and time set here are saved to image file names,
date prints, and other data. You can also choose the
language for the menus and messages displa yed in the
monitor.
7 Press the 0N/0FF button to turn on the
camera.

2 Use AV to select the year for [Y].
3 Press D to save the setting for [Y].
4 As in Steps 2 and 3, use A V<][> to set
[M] (month), [D] (day), [Time] (hours and
minutes), and [Y/M/D] (date order), and then
press the (°3 button.
_ For precise time setting, press the _) button as the
time signal strikes O0 seconds.
