finer the picture will be when it is printed on a large piece of paper or displayed on a PC
monitor.
• If you change the aspect ratio, set the picture size again.
• The Extended Optical Zoom does not work in the following cases so the picture size for [ ] is
not displayed.
–In [Motion Deblur] in Intelligent Auto Mode
–In Macro Zoom Mode
–In [Transform], [Handheld Night Shot], [High Sens.], [Hi-Speed Burst], [Flash Burst],
[Pin Hole] or [Photo Frame] in Scene Mode

–When recording motion pictures
• Pictures may appear mosaic depending on the subject and the recording conditions.
• The setting is fixed to 3M (4:3), 2.5M (3:2), 2M (16:9), 2.5M (1:1) in [Transform] in Scene Mode.
• The setting is fixed to 2M (4:3) in [Photo Frame] in Scene Mode.
