Reviewing Images
You can play back captured images with the camera.
1
Press the Q button.
The camera enters Playback mode and
the most recently captured image (image
with the highest file number) is displayed
on the monitor. (For movies, only the first
frame is displayed on the monitor.)

Review the captured image on the monitor.
Available operations
Playing Back Images
Four-way controller (4)/
E-dial to the left (f)
Displays the previous image.
Four-way controller (5)/
E-dial to the right (y)
Displays the next image.
M button Switches information display On/Off. (p.25)
mc button Saves the RAW image (only when the data is
available).
When the file format of the last captured image is JPEG, and its data still
remains in the buffer memory, you can save the RAW image during Instant
Review or playback.
If the image was shot using any of the following settings, the corresponding
image listed is saved.
- u (Blur Control) mode RAW image with Blur Control disabled
- Digital Filter RAW image without a filter effect
- Smart Effect RAW image with [Bright] image finishing tone
You cannot save RAW images during Continuous Shooting, Exposure
Bracketing, Multi-exposure or HDR Capture.
