Appendix
Messages such as the following may appear on the display when using
the PictBridge function.
Data being recorded
This message appears when you try to switch to Q mode
while an image is still being recorded, or when the protect
setting or DPOF setting is being changed. It disappears
after the image is recorded or the setting is changed.
Data being processed
This message appears when the camera takes more than
five seconds to display an image due to image processing,
or when the SD Memory Card or the built-in memory is
being formatted.
Built-in memory full Displayed if the built-in memory is full when saving a file.
No image to be
processed
Displayed when there are no images.
This image cannot be
processed
Displayed for files that cannot be processed.
No card in the camera Displayed when no SD Memory Card is inserted.
The built-in memory is
not enough to copy
images
Displayed when there is insufficient built-in memory to
perform copying.
Cannot process
correctly
Displayed when Red-eye Compensation processing fails.
Display image from built-
in memory
Displayed when the camera enters the built-in memory
display.
The camera will turn off
to prevent damage from
overheating
Displayed when the temperature within the camera is too
high and the camera turns off automatically. Wait for awhile
and then turn the camera on again after the temperature
within the camera cools down.
Message Description
Low paper level in the
printer
The paper level of the printer is low.
No paper in the printer There is no paper in the printer.
Paper stuck in the printer The paper is stuck in the printer.
Low ink level in the printer The ink level of the printer is low.
No ink in the printer There is no ink in the printer.
Printer error An error message has been sent from the printer.
Data error A data error message has been sent from the printer.
Connection error
Check printer
Displayed when a PictBridge connection fails.
Printing now Displayed when printing is being executed.
