Getting Started
Installing / Removing the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard
The image or recorded audio is recorded on the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard. Be sure the camera is turned off before inserting or
removing the SD Memory Card / MultiMediaCard.
Turn off the camera before setting or removing the card.
Wipe away water or dirt from the camera with a dry cloth before setting
or removing the card.
Do not set or remove the card with wet or dirty hands.
1 Slide the battery/card cover to the direction of the arrow
, and flip open.
2 With the label (or 2 symbol) of the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard toward the lens, insert the card into the
card slot until the card clicks. If the card is not inserted
properly, images and sound may not be recorded
correctly.
3 Wipe away any sand or debris on the water-resistant
packing and the areas between the camera and the
packing.
4 Close the battery/card cover.
