Troubleshooting
Error Messages
If an error message is displayed on the screen, check the information
on the reference page and take the corresponding action.

Insert card. No card is loaded. Insert a card. P.24
Set date. The date is not set. Set the date. P.102
The file number limit has been
exceeded.
The file number limit has been exceeded. Use another card. P.102
Unmatched File This file cannot be displayed on the camera. Check the file
contents on your computer, and then delete the file.
Insufficient memory. Continue? All the files cannot be copied because there is insufficient
memory on the card. Use another card.

Protected The file selected for deletion is protected. P.95
Card Is Write-Protected. The card is locked (write-protected). Unlock the card. P.22
Print settings cannot be applied
