Follow the on-screen instructions to download the firmware.

Connect the external memory device (SD memory card or

USB memory device) to the PC.
Copy the latest firmware you have downloaded to the

external memory device.
Disconnect the external memory device from the PC and

then connect it to the frame.
In the Main menu screen (p.

and then press [ ].

Update/Reset
and then press [ ].
Select

and then press [ ].
Firmware is updated.

When the update is done, turn off the frame, remove the

external memory device (SD memory card or USB memory
device), and turn back on the frame.
While the update is in progress,

Do not disconnect the external device (SD memory -
card or USB memory device) from the frame.
Do not press any buttons. -
Do not insert any other memory cards. -
Do not turn off the frame. -
You can check whether or not the firmware is

updated to the latest version in Settings
→
Update/Reset
→
Product Information.

Download the latest firmware from the Samsung Electronics webpage and update your frame.
