DVD-Camcorder: Vor der Aufnahme
Sucher verwenden
Sie können das Bild im Sucher betrachten, wenn Sie den Akku
schonen möchtenoder der LCD-Bildschirm kein einwandfreies Bild
(Umgebungsbedingungen) bietet.
Im Modus
[ (Camera)] oder [ (Player)] ist der Sucher aktiv, wenn das
Display eingeklappt ist.
Sucherfokus einstellen
Am Fokusregler können kurz- oder weitsichtige Benutzer den
Sucher so anpassen, dass die Anzeige für sie scharf ist.
1. Schließen Sie den LCD-Bildschirm.
2. Stellen Sie das Bild mit dem Fokusregler am Sucher scharf.
Achtung
Halten Sie den DVD-Camcorder nicht am Sucher oder am LCD-
Bildschirm. Der Camcorder kann dabei leicht aus der Hand fallen.
Hinweis
Schauen Sie nicht länger durch den Sucher direkt in die Sonne oder in eine andere
starke Lichtquelle, da dies die Augen schädigen oder zu einer vorübergehenden
Sehbeeinträchtigung führen kann.
LCD-Optimierung verwenden (Taste LCD ENHANCER)
Die Funktion
LCD-Optimierung ist im Cam-Modus/Player-Modus/M.Cam-Modus/
M.Play-Modus verfügbar.

Die LCD-Optimierung verbessert den Kontrast und sorgt für ein klares, helles Bild.
Dies ist auch im Freien bei hellem Tageslicht praktisch.
1. Stellen Sie den
Moduswahlschalter
auf [DISC] oder [CARD]. (nur VP-
DC173(i)/DC175WB/DC175W(i)/
DC575WB/DC575Wi)
2. Stellen Sie den
Betriebsart-Wähler auf
[ (Camera)] oder [ (Player)].
3. Drücken Sie die Taste
[LCD ENHANCER].
Das LCD ENHANCER-Symbol
( ) wird angezeigt.
4. Zum Ausschalten der Funktion LCD-
Optimierung drücken Sie erneut die
Taste [LCD ENHANCER].
Hinweis
Die LCD-Optimierung hat keine Auswirkung auf die Qualität des aufgenommenen
Bildes.

Using the Viewfinder
You can view pictures through the viewfinder to avoid running down the
battery, or to see correct images when the picture on the LCD Screen is poor.
In the [ (Camera)] or [ (Player)] mode, the Viewfinder will work
when the LCD Screen is closed.
Adjusting the Focus
The focus adjustment knob of the Viewfinder enables
individuals with vision problems to see clearer images.
1. Close the LCD Screen.
2. Use the Focus Adjustment Knob of the Viewfinder to
focus the picture.
Caution
Do not lift the DVD Camcorder by the viewfinder or LCD screen
as it may cause you to drop it.
Note
Viewing the sun or any strong light source through the Viewfinder for a prolonged
period may be harmful, or cause temporary impairment.
Using the LCD ENHANCER
The LCD ENHANCER function works in Camera Mode/Player Mode/
M.Cam Mode/M.Player Mode.

It enhances the contrast discrimination for a clear and bright image.
This effect is also implemented even in the outdoors with bright daylight.
1. Set the
[Mode] switch to
[DISC] or [CARD]. (VP-
DC173(i)/DC175WB/DC175W(i)/
DC575WB/DC575Wi only)
2. Set the [Power] switch to
[ (Camera)] or [ (Player)].
3. Press the [LCD ENHANCER]
button.
LCD ENHANCER icon ( ) is
displayed.
4. To exit LCD ENHANCER, press
the [LCD ENHANCER] button
again.
Note
LCD ENHANCER function does not affect the quality of the image to be
recorded.
