An image cannot be deleted.
Is the memory card write-protected?
c Use the device you are using to cancel write-protection and try deleting again.
Is the write-protect switch of the memory card in the LOCK position?
c Slide the write-protect switch to the enable position.
Are you using a “Memory Stick-ROM”?
c It is not possible to delete an image from or format a “Memory Stick-ROM”.
Is this image protected?
c Check the image information displayed in Single View mode (page 18).
The message “Cannot delete a protected file.” is displayed.
c An image with the mark is set to “Read Only”. You cannot delete it on the
photo frame.
An image was deleted accidentally.
c An image cannot be recovered once it is deleted.
x Importing a music file
A music file cannot be imported.
Is a memory card that stores only music files inserted?
c When a memory card that stores only music files is inserted, the message [No
images on file.] appears on the screen. In this case, do not replace the card but
merely press (enter).
x Playing the background music
A music file cannot be played.
Is the file playable on this photo frame?
c Check if the music file is playable on this photo frame (page 56).
c Any music file not stored in internal memory of the photo frame cannot be played.
Is the [BGM ON/OFF] set to [OFF]?
c Set it to [ON] (page 40).
A saved music file cannot be selected in Select BGM.
Did you save music files in internal memory using a computer?
c When you save music files in internal memory using a computer, be sure to save
them in the [MUSIC] folder of internal memory. If you save a music file in any
folder other than the [MUSIC] folder, it will not be displayed on the music list in
Select BGM and cannot be played.
