For shooting night scenes while handholding the camera. When you take a
picture, four shots are taken continuously to produce a single, bright photo
that reduces camera shake.
Hold the camera firmly.
While shooting, hold the camera firmly and steadily. If the continuous shots
are very misaligned due to camera shake, etc., they may not align properly
in the final image.
With Speedlite 90EX Attached
If you will only shoot a night scene, turn off the Speedlite.
If you are shooting only the night scene, turn off the flash.
If you are also photographing a person, turn on the Speedlite.
To take a nice portrait, the first shot will use flash. Tell the person not to
move until all four continuous shots are taken. The effective range of the
flash for human subjects is explained in “Effective Flash Range”
(9?).
