When your camera and computer are connected with
a USB cable via USB hub, the camera does not work
properly.
Connect the USB cable to any other port of the
USB hub.
Connect the USB cable from the camera directly
to the USB port of your computer.
Use other USB hubs if you have any.
Uninstall EPSON Photo!3
For Windows users
Before you reinstall or upgrade EPSON Photo!3,
remove the program currently installed.
Uninstallation procedures differ slightly, depending
on the connecting cable used.
When connected with a USB cable
1. Connect the camera and computer with USB
cable, then turn the camera’s dial switch to .
