[ ZOOM BRACKETING]
[ ZOOM BRACKETING] allows you to take 3 images
in one shot with a full frame and two cropped frames (1.4x
and 2x zoom) by pressing the shutter button just one time.
You can enjoy both zoomed pictures and a full frame.
Two boxes appear to show the area that will be enlarged
when shooting. The outer box indicates 1.4x zoom and
the inner box indicates 2x zoom. Press n to switch
between the horizontal and vertical positions.
CHECK
• See p.67 for information on the available flash modes.
• Only [AUTO] can be selected for the [ ISO]
(sensitivity) setting.
MEMO
• [ QUALITY] is fixed to N.
• The size of the saved images is fixed to N (1x),
(1.4x), and 3 (2x).
• Digital Zoom cannot be used.
• When the Mode dial is set to while digital zoom is
working, the camera switches to maximum optical zoom
scale automatically.
• [Dual IS] is automatically activated when [ ZOOM
BRACKETING] is set.
• Only [fTOP 3] can be used among Continuous
shooting modes.
• The color of the two boxes can be changed (➝p.111,
113).
In combination with Intelligent Face Detection
CAUTION
This feature always takes 3 shots. However, if there is
insufficient space on the Memory Card or internal memory
for 3 shots, no picture will be taken.
