p-MODE MENU (Playback)
Sending and receiving images
( IR COMMUNICATION)
You can send photographed images to a FUJIFILM digital
camera, other devices with high-speed infrared
transmission capability, or any other mobile device with
the IrSimple function. You can also receive photographed
images from a FUJIFILM digital camera, another device
with high-speed infrared transmission capability, or
another mobile device with the IrSimpleShot™ (IrSS™)
function.
Sending image data to a FUJIFILM digital camera is shown
as an example here. You can send the data to another
device in the same way.
APress w to set the camera to Playback
mode (➝p.33).
BPress p to open the p-MODE MENU.
CPress n or o to select IR

Sending image data
ATurn the camera on.
BPress p or q to select the sending frame
(file).
CPoint the infrared port on the transmitting camera
directly at the infrared port on the receiving camera
(➝p.12). Transmission distance is about 5 to 20 cm (2
to 7.9 in.) within approx. 15°.
