Using the Flash
Basic Photography and Playback: G Easy Auto Mode
1 Press the m (flash pop-up) button.
The flash pops up.
When the flash is lowered, flash mode is fixed at W (off).
2 Press m (flash mode) on the multi selector.
The flash mode menu is displayed.
3 Press the multi selector H or I to select a
mode, and press the k button.
The icon for the selected flash mode is displayed.
When U(auto) is applied, D is only displayed for a
few seconds, regardless of the Photo info settings
(A 110).
If a setting is not applied by pressing the k button
within a few seconds, the selection is cancelled.

Push the flash down gently to lower the flash until it clicks into place when not in use (A7).
