FUNCTION BUTTON
In the Record mode (with the lens barrier open), you can
select the Standard mode, Sequence mode, Macro mode,
Digital Tele/Wide mode, and Function card mode with each
press of the Function button. The Function card mode can be
used for flagging Panorama pictures or photographing with a
special function card available from Olympus (optional).
Mode Use
Standard mode For taking standard
pictures.
Sequence mode For taking max. 6 to 10
sequential pictures. (p. 102)
Macro mode For taking macro pictures.

Digital Tele/Wide mode For taking the subject twice as
large (2X cropped). (p. 104)
Function card For flagging panorama pictures
