Before installing the OLYMPUS Master software, please confirm that your
computer is compatible with the following system requirements.
For newer operating systems_ please refer to the Olympus web site as shown on the
back cover of this manual.

Data transfer is only guaranteed on computers with a factory installed OS.
To install the software in Windows 2000 Professional/XP, you must log on as a
user with administrators' privileges.
Internet Explorer and QuickTime 6 or later should be installed on your computer.
Windows XP corresponds to Windows XP Professional/Home Edition.
Windows 2000 corresponds to Windows 2000 Professional.
If you are using Windows 98SE, the USB driver is installed automatically.

Operation is only guaranteed on a Macintosh equipped with a built-in USB port.
QuickTime 6 or later and Safari 1.0 or later must be installed.
Be sure to remove the media (drag & drop onto the trash icon) before pertorming
the following operations. Failure to do so could result in unstable computer
operation and the need to reboot.
Disconnect the cable connecting the camera to the computer
Turn off the camera
Open the camera's battery compartment/card cover
