Kids
Ideal for taking pictures of children who are
moving around. Gives your subject a bright,
healthy look.

Pet
Ideal for taking pictures of pets. The camera
keeps the moving pet in focus until the shutter
release button is pressed. You can select
settings according to the color of your pet’s coat.

Food
Use this mode for taking pictures of food. The
increased saturation gives pictures a bright, vivid
finish.

Frame Composite
Use this mode to take pictures with a frame.
Recorded pixels is fixed at h and quality level
is fixed at D.

Face Recognition
Face Recognition can be activated in b (Auto Picture mode), z
(Natural Skin Tone mode) and e (Portrait mode).
This function recognizes faces, focuses, and performs exposure
compensation when capturing images.
•In b mode, the Face Recognition can be activated when
the shutter release button is pressed halfway and Portrait is
selected.
If the camera cannot recognize the location of the subject's
face, the camera focuses using the normal Focusing Area
(Multiple).
The Face Recognition function may not work if the subject is
wearing sunglasses, has part of the face covered, or is not
looking toward the camera.
