Media Settings
In Media Settings column, click Add Media on Event Settings page to open the media settings page.
In this page, you can specify what kind of media to send when a trigger is activated. A total of 5 media
settings can be configured.
Media name: Enter a descriptive name for the media setting.
Media Type
There are three choices of media types available: Snapshot, Video Clip, and System log.
Select the item
to display the detailed configurations. You can configure either one or all of them.
Snapshot: Select to send snapshots when a trigger is activated.
■ Source: Select to take snapshots from stream 1 or stream 2.
■ Send
pre-event images
The Network Camera has a buffer area; it temporarily holds data up to a certain limit. Enter a number
to decide how many images to be captured before a trigger is activated. Up to seven images can be
generated.
■ Send
post-event images
Enter a number to decide how many images to be captured after a trigger is activated. Up to seven
images can be generated.
For example, if both the Send pre-event images and Send post-event images are set to seven, a total
of fifteen images are generated after a trigger is activated.
■ File Name Prefix
Enter the text that will be put in front of the file name.
■ Add date and time suffix to the file name
Select this option to add date and time to the file name suffix.
For example:

10 pic. 11 pic. 10 pic. 12 pic. 13 pic. 14 pic. 15 pic.
