4.6.9 Frequency
Use the Frequency option to set the frequency system for your area.
To set the frequency:
1. Turn the video camera on, and press and hold the MENU
button to display the menu screen.
2. Move the joystick right to show the Setup menu. Move
the joystick down to go to the next page and highlight the
Frequency option. Press the center joystick button to
display the submenu.
3. Use the joystick to select 50Hz, or 60Hz. Press the center
joystick button to confirm.
4. Press the MENU button again to exit the menu.
