Connecting the Camera to High De nition (HD) TVs

Press the HOME button for about a second to turn the camera on. Only the
button icons appear in the camera display; pictures and movies are played
back on the TV. Note that the camera volume controls have no e ect on
sounds played on the TV; use the television volume controls to adjust the
volume.
While the camera is connected, pictures can be deleted (
P 57) and rotated
(P 64). You can also view pictures in playback zoom (P 53), muti-frame play-
back (P 55), slide show (P 89) and photobook (P 60).
