remanufacturedmaterials.If it isnecessaryto replacethe entireProduct,it maybe
replacedwith a remanufacturedProduct.RemanufacturedProducts,parts,and
materialsarewarrantedfor theremainingwarrantytermofthe originalProduct,or 90
daysafterthe dateof repairor replacement,whicheverislonger.
Limitations
ThiswarrantydoesnotcovercircumstancesbeyondKodak'scontrol.Thiswarranty
doesnot applywhenfailureisdueto shippingdamage,accident,alteration,
modification,unauthorizedservice,misuse,abuse,usewith incompatibleaccessories
or attachments(suchasthird party inkor inktanks),failuretofollow Kodak's
operation,maintenance,or repackinginstructions,failureto useitemssuppliedby
Kodak(suchasadaptersand cables),or claimsmadeafterthe durationof this
warranty.
Kodak makes no other express or implied warranty for this product, and
disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. Inthe eventthat the exclusionof anyimpliedwarrantyis
ineffectiveunderthelaw, thedurationofthe impliedwarrantywill be oneyearfrom
thepurchasedateor suchlongerperiodasrequiredbylaw.
Theoptionof repair,replacement,or refundisKodak'sonlyobligation.Kodakwill not
beresponsibleforanyspecial,consequentialor incidentaldamagesresultingfrom the
sale,purchase,or useofthis productregardlessofthe cause.Liabilityforanyspecial,
consequentialor incidentaldamages(includingbut not limitedto lossof revenueor
profit, downtimecosts,lossofthe useofthe equipment,costof substitute
