SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
* After replacing the batteries, check that the built-in clock (date and time) functions
correctly.
If the AC adapter is not used and the battery-chamber door is open for more than 5
minutes, the built-in clock may delay or be reset to the default setting. In this case, set
the date and time again.
Press the or key to specify or
correct the date and time.
When you press and hold the or
key, the value goes fastforward or
fastbackward.
The value for year can be specified from
2000 to 2099.
When other values need to be changed,
repeat step [6] and [7].
If [TIME] is highlighted and the ENTER
button is pressed on step 3, the display to
specify the date and time appears as
shown in the figure. To correct the time,
repeat step [6] and [7].

After the date and time is specified
(corrected), press the ENTER button.
The built-in clock of this camera starts
functioning. The LCD monitor returns to the
setup mode menu.
