Using M (User Setting Mode)

Save the Settings in M

Rotate the mode dial to the desired exposure
mode.
Rotate to A, B, C or D.
Settings can be saved even if rotated to
M
(the default
settings of shooting mode
A
are saved when the camera
is first purchased).

Change to a frequently used setting.

Press the d button.
The shooting menu is displayed.
Switch to the A, B, C, D or M tab when the shooting
menu is not displayed (A13).

Use the multi selector to choose Save user
settings and press the k button.
•Done screen is displayed, and the current settings are
saved.
D Shooting in M (user setting) mode
Rotate the mode dial to M to shoot with the saved settings.
The settings can be changed. Also, the changed settings can be saved again.
