Choose whether or not a welcome screen isdisplayed when the camera is turned
on.
None (default setting)
The camera enters shooting or playback mode without displaying the welcome
screen.
COOLPIX
The camera displays a welcome screen and enters shooting or playback mode.
Select an image
Displays an image selected for the welcome screen. When the image selection
screen is displayed, select an image (_ 123) and press the _) button.
• As the selected image is saved by the camera, it will be displayed when tile
camera is turned on even if the original image is deleted.
• Images captured at an Image mode (_ 47) setting off] 3968x2232, images
captured using easy panorama, copies created at a size of 320 x 240 or smaller
using tile small picture (_ 138) or crop (_ 13g) function, and still images saved
while recording high-definition or Full HD movies (_ 142) cannot be selected.
