Set the maximum zoom ratio.
The larger the digital zoom magnification, the more the image quality is degraded.
Switch the picture quality and recording format of the motion pictures to be recorded.
*1 Recording will have higher quality in the order of [HA], [HG] and [HX].
*2 [iFrame] is a format suitable for Mac (iMovie’11). It is recommended when using a Mac.
Recordable time using the battery (l 23)
This function’s default setting is [HG] mode.
Please refer to page 114 about approximate recordable time.
When the unit is moved a lot or moved quickly, or when a fast-moving subject is recorded
(particularly when recording in [HX] mode), mosaic-type noise may appear at playback.

[i.Zoom OFF]: Up to 37k
[i.Zoom 42k]: This zoom function allows you to maintain high-definition
picture quality. (Up to 42k)
[D.Zoom 90k]: Digital zoom (Up to 90k)
[D.Zoom 2000k]: Digital zoom (Up to 2000k)
