Even when the Wireless
Mo
nitor is placed on the
Base Unit (or the charger
of additional Wireless
Monitors), the charge
indicator does not light up.
R The AC adaptor is unplugged from the power outlet.
– Plug the AC adaptor into the power outlet firmly.

R The Wireless Monitor is not placed on the Base Unit

orrectly.
– Replace it securely. (The charge indicator lights in red.)

R The charge contacts are dirty.

Wipe them with a soft dry cloth.

R The battery pack is completely out of power.

It may take some time until the charge indicator lights up
(about 5 minutes) when charging the Wireless Monitor.
This is not a malfunction.

If there is no change after performing the above actions,

ntact an authorized service center.

Even if the Wireless

nitor has been
charged, flashes

ter using it a few times.

he battery pack is at the end of its life.

Replace the battery pack with a new one.

– If it feels very hot, unplug the AC adaptor from the power
outlet and remove the battery pack, then contact an
authorized service center.

The Wireless Camera’s

tteries run out of power
quickly.
R The Wireless Camera is out of range of the Base Unit.
– When the Wireless Camera is out of range of the Base
Unit, it repeatedly searches for the Base Unit which
causes the batteries’ power to be consumed faster.
Move the Base Unit so that it is within range of the
Wireless Camera.

R The AC adaptor is unplugged from the power outlet.

When the Base Unit is disconnected from the power
outlet it causes the Wireless Camera to lose its link with
the Base Unit. This causes the Wireless Camera to
repeatedly search for the Base Unit which results in the
batteries’ power being consumed faster. When
unplugging the AC adaptor of the Base Unit, turn the
power switch of the Wireless Camera to OFF.

R You are using rechargeable batteries.
–
Depending on the capacity of the rechargeable batteries,
their life span may become shorter. This is not a
malfunction.
