Appendix
Messages such as the following may appear on the LCD monitor when
using the PictBridge function.
Data being recorded
Appears when you try to switch to Playback mode or
Movie mode while an image is still being recorded, or
when the protect setting or DPOF setting is being
changed. It disappears after the image is recorded or
the setting is changed.
Protected
The image or sound file you are trying to delete is
protected.
Data being processed
Appears when the camera takes more than five
seconds to display an image due to image processing,
or when the SD Memory Card or built-in memory is
being formatted.
This image/sound cannot be
resized.
Appears when you try to resize an image or sound file
that cannot be resized.
This image/sound cannot be
cropped.
Appears when you try to crop an image or sound file
that cannot be cropped.
No card in the camera
Appears when Image/Sound Copy is selected if an SD
memory card is not in the camera.
The card memory is not
enough to copy images/
sounds
Appears when doing Image/Sound Copy if the SD
memory card is full and copying cannot be done.
The built-in memory is not
enough to copy images/
sounds
Appears when doing Image/Sound Copy if the built-in
memory is full and copying cannot be done.
There is no image to be
processed
Appears when Image Recovery is done but there is not
recoverable image.
This image/sound cannot be
processed
Appears when the selected image cannot be edited
with the Playback Palette.
There is no My Stamp stored.
Appears when My Stamp is selected in Special Effect
My Drawing mode, but a stamp has not been set.
Cannot process correctly Appears when Red-eye Compensation has failed.
Only zoomable before the cut
position is set
Appears when the zoom lever is used after the cutting
position is determined when making a new frame or My
Stamp.
No paper in the printer The printer is out of paper.
No ink in the printer The printer is out of ink.
Printer error An error message has been sent from the printer.
Data error A data error message has been sent from the printer.
Paper stuck in the printer The printer has a paper jam.
