SHOOTING IN THE HIGH
SENSITIVITY MODE
You can press the HIGH SENSITIVITY button to capture an even brighter
image. You can also get a brighter image by setting the ISO sensitivity
(page 90) to a higher setting.
1 Press the HIGH SENSITIVITY
button.
h The mark appears on the
monitor, and the camera changes
to the high sensitivity mode.
Still image shooting:
Images are captured at an ISO
sensitivity setting higher than t.
Video clip recording:
Sensitivity is increased by raising
the ISO sensitivity above the t
setting and by automatically
adjusting the shutter speed during
video clip recording.
h To return to normal sensitivity,
press the HIGH SENSITIVITY
button again.
CAUTION
Limitation concerning the high sensitivity mode
iIt is not possible to set the manual exposure or flicker reduction function
while the high sensitivity mode is enabled.
Does the movement in the recorded video clip appear rough?
iWhen the shutter speed is reduced to create a brighter image, video clip
movement may not appear smooth during playback.
