Changing Advanced Settings
CHANGING ADVANCED SETTINGS
You can change advanced settings with the icon menu that displays
on the color LCD. The advanced settings are:
QuickReview
Self Timer
Exposure
White point
External flash
Automatic
Video out
Preferences
Date & Time
RS232 speed
For information on how to change the basic settings, see Changing
Basic Settings on page 17.
To change an advanced setting:
1. Slide the Mode switch to REC.
2. Press the EasyPilot button. A row of icons appears on the LCD.
3. Turn the EasyPilot button until the icon is highlighted.
4. Press the EasyPilot button. The first part of the ADVANCED
menu appears. Turn the EasyPilot button to see more options.
Tips on Using the ADVANCED Menu
The Automatic option restores the automatic settings.
Use the Exit option to leave the menu system without making
any changes.
