r Recording Movies
Use this mode to record movies with sound.
1 Set the camera to r Movie mode.
With the camera in Playback mode, press the shutter
button down halfway to return to Shooting mode.
Select a folder to save movies in advance by referring
to “2 Select the folder” (➝p.27).
ZZooming the image
You must zoom beforehand as you cannot zoom during
recording.
CHECK
• Optical zoom focal length
Approx. 36 mm to 180 mm (35 mm camera equivalent)
Max. zoom scale: 5×
• Focal range
Approx. 60 cm (2.0 ft.) to infinity
APress MENU/OK to open the top menu.
BSelect [r MOVIE].
CPress MENU/OK to confirm.
The available recording
time appears on the LCD
monitor.
