Troubleshooting
Eye-Fi problems
Picture is too dark. Reposition the camera for more available light.
Use Fill flash (see page 14) or change your position so light is not
behind the subject.
Move so that the distance between you and the subject is within the
effective flash range. (See Specifications, starting on page 59.)
To automatically set exposure and focus, press the Shutter button
halfway. When the Focus brackets turn green, press the Shutter
button completely down to take the picture.
In Program AE mode, adjust the Exposure Compensation (see
page 21).
Picture is too light. Reposition the camera to reduce the amount of available light.
Turn the flash off (see page 14).

Get support for Eye-Fi
Cards and Software.
Go to support.eye.fi
Eye-Fi Card is not
working in this
camera.
Choose an Eye-Fi X2 Card or higher with a firmware version of
4.5174 or higher. (View and update firmware using the Eye-Fi
Center Software that accompanies the card.)
The camera must be turned on to transfer pictures to the
computer or mobile device.
