Editing Pictures
Enhancing Brightness and Contrast: D-Lighting
D-Lighting can be used to create copies with enhanced brightness and contrast,
brightening dark portions of a picture. D-Lighting copies are stored as separate
files.
1 Select the desired picture from full-frame
playback mode (A 30) and tap D.
The retouch menu is displayed.
2 Tap I.
The original version will be shown on the left and the
edited version will be shown on the right.
3 Tap I.
4 Tap Yes.
A new, edited copy is created.
To cancel creating an enhanced copy, tap No.
D-Lighting copies can be recognized by the c icon
displayed during playback (A 11).
