the effects of camera shake during shooting.
B Notes on Electronic Vibration Reduction
The effectiveness of electronic VR decreases as camera shake increases.

Electronic VR does not function under the following conditions or in the following shooting
modes:
- When slow sync with red-eye reduction (A64, 65) is used
- When exposure exceeds a certain length of time
- When ISO sensitivity (A 53) is set to Auto

- In the following scene modes: Sports (A64), Night portrait (A 64), Dusk/dawn (A 66),
Night landscape (A66), Museum (A68), Fireworks show (A 68), and Backlighting
(A69)
The angle of view (the area captured in the recorded movie) is smaller when electronic VR is
enabled during movie recording.
