Downloading stored images
Once you have downloaded images to yourPC,theycanbeedited and printed.
1. Connect the camera to your PC with the USB cable.
2. On your computer’s desktop display, select [My computer] and double click [Removable Disk
Dcim 100sscam]. The image files will then be displayed.
-Ifthecardisinserted, images that are stored on the card will be displayed.
-Ifthecardisnotinserted, images that are stored on the internal memory will be displayed.
-UsetheCOPY or MOVE function to download the images to your PC.
-Byusing[Digimax Viewer], you can see the stored images in the memory directly on the PC
monitor and you can copy or move the image files.
-Refertothe software part of this manual (p.99) regarding image viewer software installation and
usage.
-Ifyouwish to edit downloaded images, you can use [MGI PhotoSuite III SE].
-Refertothe software part of this manual (p.106) regarding editing software installation and usage.
INFORMATION
The USB Storage Driver must be installed before using the PC mode in Windows 98/ 98SE.
Refer to page 87 regarding installation.
To save battery power, it is recommended that you use an AC adaptor(Optional) when
connecting the camera to a computer.
