Dubbing only desired scenes

Operation 2: Performing Digital
program editing (Dubbing a
tape)
Make sure that your camcorder and VCR are
connected, and that the VCR is set to recording
pause. This procedure is not necessary when you
use an i.LINK cable (DV connecting cable).
When you use a digital video camera recorder,
set its power switch to VCR/VTR.
(1)Select VIDEO EDIT. Turn the SEL/PUSH
EXEC dial to select START, then press the
dial.
(2)Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
EXECUTE, then press the dial.
Search for the beginning of the first
programme, then start dubbing.
The programme mark flashes.
The SEARCH indicator appears during a
search, and the EDIT indicator appears during
editing on the screen.
The programme mark changes to light blue
after dubbing is complete.
When dubbing ends, your camcorder and the
VCR automatically stop.
To stop dubbing during editing
Press x on your camcorder.
To quit the Digital program editing function
Your camcorder stops when dubbing is complete.
Then the display returns to VIDEO EDIT in the
menu settings.
Press MENU to quit the Digital program editing
function.
You cannot record on the VCR when:
– The tape has run out.
– The write-protect tab on the cassette is set to
lock.
– The IR SETUP code is not correct. (when IR is
selected.)
– The button to cancel recording pause is not
correct. (when IR is selected.)
NOT READY appears on the LCD screen when:
– The programme to operate Digital program
editing has not yet been made.
– i.LINK is selected but an i.LINK cable (DV
connecting cable) is not connected.
– The power of the connected VCR is not turned
on. (when you set i.LINK.)
Procedure 2: Een programma op
digitale wijze overnemen
(digitaal kopiëren)
Zorg dat uw camcorder en de videorecorder goed
zijn aangesloten en dat de videorecorder in de
opnamepauzestand staat. (Bij aansluiting met een
i.LINK kabel (DV-aansluitsnoer) is de volgende
procedure niet nodig.)
Als u kopieert naar een andere digitale
videocamera/recorder, zet dan de POWER
schakelaar daarvan in de “VCR/VTR” stand.
(1) Stel in op VIDEO EDIT. Draai aan de SEL/PUSH
EXEC regelknop, stel in op START en druk de
regelknop in.
(2) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop, stel in
op EXECUTE en druk de regelknop in.
Zoek het beginpunt van de eerste over te nemen
scène op en begin daar met kopiëren.
Tijdens het zoeken licht de aanduiding
“SEARCH” op en tijdens het kopiëren verschijnt
de aanduiding “EDIT” op het scherm.
Elke PROGRAM scènemarkering wordt
lichtblauw nadat de scène is overgekopieerd.
Na afloop van het kopiëren zullen uw camcorder
en de videorecorder beide automatisch stoppen.
Stoppen met kopiëren tijdens het
montageproces
Druk op de x stoptoets van de bandlooptoetsen.
Uitschakelen van de digitale
programmamontage
Uw camcorder stopt automatisch wanneer het
kopiëren is voltooid. Dan verschijnt op het scherm
weer het VIDEO EDIT onderdeel van het
instelmenu.
Druk op de MENU toets om de
videomontagefunctie uit te schakelen.
Opnemen met de videorecorder is niet
mogelijk als:
– Er geen cassette in zit, of het einde van de band
bereikt is.
– Het wispreventienokje is uitgeschoven zodat er
een rood vlakje zichtbaar is.
– De IR SETUP afstandsbedieningscode niet juist is
gekozen. (Als u hebt ingesteld op “IR”
signaaloverdracht.)
– De toets voor het uitschakelen van de pauzestand
niet juist is gekozen (Als u hebt ingesteld op “IR”
signaaloverdracht.)
Er verschijnt “NOT READY” op het LCD scherm
en de programmamontage zal niet werken
als:
– Er geen programma van over te nemen scènes voor
de digitale montage is samengesteld.
– Er is ingesteld op “i.LINK” signaaloverdracht
maar er geen i.LINK kabel (DV-aansluitsnoer) is
aangesloten.
– De aangesloten videorecorder niet is ingeschakeld.
(Als u hebt ingesteld op “i.LINK”
signaaloverdracht.)
