Changing to a format compatible with
your PC
1 Select “Convert disc for CD-ROM drive viewing”,
then press OK.
The confirmation dialog box appears.
2 Select “Yes”, then press OK.
The format of the images recorded on the CD-R/
RW is converted to a format compatible with PCs
(ISO9660* level 1 format). When you insert the CD-
R/RW into your PC, your browser starts
automatically and you can view the images. If the
browser does not start automatically, open the
ENTRANCE.HTM file on the CD-R/RW.
After you have finished viewing the images on
your PC, you can return the disc to the player and
add more images.
* ISO9660: the standard format for CD-ROMs as
regulated by ISO.

• If you add other images
to the CD-R/RW using
this player, repeat this
procedure. Otherwise,
you cannot view the
added image on your
PC.
• Every time that this
procedure is repeated,
a maximum of 30 MB of
the disc’s memory is
used for conversion to
the PC format.
• To view TIFF format
images, you need to
have a plug-in for this
purpose.
• When you want to play
an MPEG format
movie, an MPEG
AUDIO voice memo or
WAVE format voice-
overed audio using
your PC's browser, you
need to have the
corresponding plug-
ins.
Windows Media Player
or Active Movie Player
(Direct Show) are
recommended.
• Even if you convert a
disc for a CD-ROM
drive, some computers
may not be able to read
the images on the disc.
