When recording a distant subject, focusing may
be dicult and can take some time.
Adjust the focus manually ([FOCUS], p. 71)
when it is hard to focus automatically.
EXPOSURE
You can x the brightness of an image
manually. Adjust the brightness when the
subject is too bright or too dark.

SPOT METER (Flexible spot
meter)
You can adjust and x the exposure
to the subject, so that it is recorded in
suitable brightness even when there is

spotlight on stage.

adjust the exposure on the screen.
