Notes on LCD screen
e displayed image on the screen is
not identical in picture quality and
colors with the printed image because
phosphor methods or proles dier.
Please regard the displayed image as
just a reference.
Do not press against the LCD screen.
e screen may be discolored and that
may cause a malfunction.
Exposing the LCD screen to direct
sunlight for long periods may cause
malfunctions.
e LCD screen is manufactured
using extremely high-precision
technology, so over 99.99% of the
pixels are operational for eective
use. However, there may be some
tiny black points and/or bright points
(white, red, blue or green in color)
that constantly appear on the LCD
screen. ese points are normal in the
manufacturing process and do not
aect the printing in any way.
Images may trail across on the LCD
screen in a cold location. is is not a
malfunction.
On the speaker system
is speaker system is not magnetically
shielded, and the picture on nearby TV
sets may become magnetically distorted.
In this situation, turn o the TV, wait
15 to 30 minutes, and turn it back on.
If there is no improvement, move the
speakers far away from the TV.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Caution: If you leave a still video
image or on-screen display image
displayed on your TV for an
extended period of time via this
system, you risk permanent damage
to your TV screen. Projection TVs
are especially susceptible to this.
Cleaning the cabinet
Clean this system with a so cloth
slightly moistened with a mild
detergent solution. Do not use any type
of abrasive pads, scouring powder, or
solvents, such as thinner, benzine, or
alcohol.
Wipe o ngerprints and smudges on
the unit with a so dry cloth or a so
cloth slightly moistened with a mild
detergent solution.
