z serial number (found on the bottom of your camera)
z product name
z date of purchase
Hardware repair services
If you think your camera or camera dock needs repair, first call
the Customer Support Center, which can help determine if
service is required and direct you to a service site. Otherwise,
contact the store where you purchased the product. Or, visit
www.hp.com/cpso-support/guide/psd/repairhelp.html for
the nearest sales and service office.
Service is free of charge during the warranty period. Beyond
the warranty period, service will be charged.

States
