62 PLAYBACK – ADVANCED OPERATION
DPOF
The DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) allows direct printing of still images from digital cameras.
After creating the DPOF file, take the memory card to a photofinishing service or insert it into the
memory-card slot of a DPOF compatible printer.
Use the up/down keys of the controller to highlight the
DPOF option.
Press the right controller key to continue.
Use the up/down keys to highlight the media, unit, or
date option.
Press the right controller key to display the settings.
Use the up/down keys to highlight the new setting.
Press the right key or menu button to complete the
selection.
The media option specifies the card from which the files are printed; SD for a SD Memory card or
MultiMediaCard, and MS for a Memory Stick. The unit option specifies whether some (SELECT) or
all (ALL ON) files are printed, or the DPOF file is canceled (ALL OFF). The date option specifies
whether the date and time of recording is printed with each image (ALL ON) or not (ALL OFF).
