Silently installs all features.

Use a comma. For example:
setup.exe ADDLOCAL=OnAccessScanner,ScriptScan /q
Silently installs the On-Access Scanner and Script Scan.
Install all

except one
setup.exe ADDLOCAL=ALL REMOVE=ScriptScan /q
Silently installs all features except for Script Scan.
Remove all
features
setup.exe REMOVE=ALL /q
Silently removes all features.
