Playing Back Images in Albums
Use the multi selector to select an album and then press the
k button to play back the images that have been added to
the selected album.
• The following operations are available from the album
selection screen.
- d button: Changes the album icon (E10).
- l button: Deletes all images in the selected album.
• When viewing images in full-frame playback mode or
thumbnail playback mode, press the d button to select a feature from the favorite
pictures menu (A 78).

B Notes About Favorite Pictures
When images are added to an album, they are not moved from the folder to which they were saved
(E93) or copied to the album. Only the file names of the images are added to the album. When
using favorite pictures mode, images are played back by retrieving the images that correspond to
the file names added to the albums.

If an image is deleted while using favorite pictures mode, the image is not only removed from the
album, but the corresponding image file is also permanently deleted from the internal memory or
the memory card.
