Press LEFT

RIGHT
on the Multi selector to highlight a desired Thumbnail.

Press UP

DOWN
to select an image to be protected.

Selected images are marked by the Protect icon. By pressing
UP

DOWN
again on the image, the
selection is canceled and disappears.

Continue selecting images and then press the
QUAL
button to confirm your selection.
3.
Press the QUAL
button to give all selected images the Protect attribute.
{
Once selected images have been protected, a confirmation appears on the Monitor which then returns to the
Playback menu.
-- Cancel protection on images --

Press
LEFT

RIGHT
on the Multi selector to highlight the thumbnail of the image for which you want to cancel
protection. Press
UP
/
DOWN to cancel protection of the selected image.
2.
Press the
QUAL
button to implement the setting.
Hide Image
When creating a slide show or showing photographs to an audience, you may want to use the
Hide Image
option to hide
some of the photographs in the current folder from view. Hidden images are only visible in the
Hide Image
Menu. They cannot
be deleted in Full-frame playback or from the Delete sub-menu.
